How do I know if counselling is right for me?

What happens during a counselling session?

How many sessions will I need?

Is everything I share completely confidential?
Yes, confidentiality is a core part of counselling. Everything you share is kept private, except in rare situations where safety is a concern (which I would always discuss with you transparently). Your comfort and trust are essential.
